How Contactless Servicing Works

1 - Book your service appointment via our online enquiry or phone. 2 - When you arrive for your appointment, stop in the designated drop off area. 3 - Remain in your vehicle, our team will ensure 2 metres distance when collecting your vehicle. 4 - Our technicians will conduct your service as needed whilst wearing gloves and masks at all times. 5 - We will communicate with you throughout the day via phone, email, or text. 6 - We will notify you once the vehicle is ready, and email you a copy of your invoice and vehicle inspection report. 7 - We will provide instructions on contactless payment options. 8 - When you pick up your vehicle, your keys will be inside your vehicle, all sanitised.
